Characters Frobbit Frobbit is a candlemaker but he is more of a wizard. He is very old but very spry. Along with his everyday candles, he makes some very special candles – The Magic Candles. These candles have many strange and wonderful powers, one of which is to guide Santa to the very remote village of Nott every Christmas. Frobbit lives by himself in a hidden valley at the base of a huge mountain. He lives here to keep the secret of how he makes The Magic Candles hidden from the world he lives in because in the wrong hands, his Magic Candles can be very dangerous and give great powers to those that know how to use them.
